My name is Train Heartnet, and I am also known as Black Cat

I was once a member of Chronos, an organization in charge of keeping peace over the world, pretty much like universal democratic government.
I was number XIII, one of the Chronos Numbers, an elite force of highly trained and skilled assassins who carry out the toughest missions.
My most noticeable features are my spiky brown hair, my catlike eyes, a choker(much like a collar) with a tiny bell attached to it, and the XIII tattoo I have on my chest.

I wear a blue jacket that is always unbuttoned and left open, with a white shirt I wear under it.
I wield Hades, an ornate black revolver made out of an unbreakable metal called Oricalchum with an XIII engraved into its side.
I can also create static electricity due to the nano machines inside my body.
My vision is six times better than the average person.
