I've fixed it. Almost all the grammatical keys should type ':' now, which means you no longer have to worry about what keyboard you are using. Sorry for the time it took to fix.
Scholars dont get substracted from "available Pop" on the Economy screen, so you can use them for resources and scholar if you assign them in the right order. But if you get new pop it will be 0. Until you assign it again in the buggy order.
Yep...like I said...the research screen is only half done at the time of this update. I needed to get that farm/resource NaN error nipped in the bud. I'm working on finishing up all the little details on it today, then I will begin working on the military screen.
