Part2:
- Now you can start upgrading your environment to get food bonus and gold income, after buying 400g environment upgrade you will grow 9 plants that give you 2/5/10/20/30/50/100 gold each few seconds(3 or 4 I think).
- Well, basically you won 900 score achievment already unless you do something silly, upgrade a bit then start upgrading only environment to win(40k gold is game winning purchase). Score won't freeze during purchase so do not wait till last possible moment to avoid lacking few points in the end.
- As user 25352 pointed out 2/5/8 lvl trees drop only big wood chunks that take same space in basket as small pieces for 3x value, so consider other upgrades first if you have wood and fish laying on grass.
- To win against monster wave, your dragon have to be 1 lvl higher than monsters, so for first wave you need lvl 2 dragon, for second lvl 3 dragon and so forth. Might "challenge" only requires you have 2 levels advantage instead of 1.
If someone struggles to get achievment, here is my guide:
Part1:
- Start with lvl 2 house, lvl2 lumberjack and lvl2 tree, buy basket dwarf when you think he won't waste time or walk too far away before lumberjack chops down tree. Continue upgrading till all wooden upgrades are at 200g paywall, add some baskets upgrades and dwarves if you need to.
- If you buy lumberjack dwarf, try to time it with new trees up front, so you have multiple dwarves working till exhaustion rather one big blitzkrieg wave that will chop trees, then waste time walking to lake and back.
- Now you should try to buy 200 and 400g home upgrades, this will boost income considerably and decrease rest time, around that time you will reach 20-30 fish reserve, if its less than 20, you risk dying to bad fishermen RNG, so get 2-3 fishermen on 2-4lvl when you get below 30.
If you shoot stealth troopers where you see movement then yeah, you won't hit them. You are basically shooting their feet or in front of them, just aim higher.
Good scavenger is dead scavenger, you just can't ignore all that xp and morale boost from loot!
Especially easy to kill with Ranger, if you can't play it safe vs his elementals if he manages to summon them then you need something to buy you time or blitz him down. Sleeping powder basically guarantees win even with pretty medium weapon.
Gennol is right, Plaguebearer can ignore both Guard House or whatever was that civic and Royal Guards which both should knock out underworld cards, especially if they were placed many turns earlier.
Cards trigger in the order they were placed. If you give us information about the time of this game and who your opponent was, we can find it and watch the replay and determine if there was actually a bug. Thanks!
Different icons for permanent bonuses would be cool, while I know that almost all cards give specific info whenether boost is temporary or permanent it is not hard to for example put gold star behind/on statistic it buffs.
The only truly unfair in this game is not OMGWTFBBQ blitz wave wrecking you in seconds, not random V1 which just had to wreck your squad...
Only these damned Sd. Kfz. 222 are real pain in ass spawning in middle or next to your camnet and waiting one second for your shermans and AT guns to do squad and self wipe. And you won't even get bonus points like with blitz waves... Hate getting URBed like that. xD
Technically pistol is a rifle in this game, Garand clip with Carbine traits except Target-Switching(Tho I don't see my guys do that) and 25 damage. :P
Urbz also work on Mud and Blood 3 and there medics can finally shoot.
Grab AT Gun or Tank to take heat and 20mm flak won't be OP to you anymore. Alternatively you can use 1 soldier as meatshield far from squad and pray that artilerry/airstrike will be on time and hit it.
Spearmen are easiest to use, just spam them in 1 place, rush with those that spawned last and once they finish charge rush again with support of those that spawned before them.
Voila! Every wave cleared without even using bombs!
