As a programmer I was impressed by how quick and lightweight your game is. That being said I noticed that your planets update themselves only once they are viewed based on the current date vs. the last date. I was able to generate millions of research points by setting my date years ahead in the future. There probably isn't an easy fix for this… but thought you should know about this hack. Great game- I look forward to any others you make in the future.

Great Game! +1 to the xp-rollover idea, or perhaps an achievement list that grants starting bonuses.
