You should be able to sell your stuff anywhere because right now you just end up with a messy inventory unless you find a place with your starter gear.
The energy is actually not much of an issue since you can do battles fine without it, you just don't get to select reward from chest. So you can do battles while out of energy, get xp, level up, get energy refill, rinse and repeat. Upvote so people can see it!
I am getting pretty upset because pretty often I join half-empty server and end up with message that server is full. Why don't you reserve a spot for player when he starts to connect to game?
I think while using shotgun you shouldn't see amount of magazines left but amount of shells left. Also, if you reload shotgun and still have some shells left you shouldn't waste whole magazine, but fill magazine with remaining shells - make it just like real shotgun.

The Setup pretty much guarantee your next attack lands. Useful to "setup" a bigger more expensive attack so you are sure it will hit.
