For Frontier 2 make sure the guy you hire goes only into your party, not back into your party and the tavern. So I now have a team of Rorys.

A thief sneaks into your armor stash and steals a Wood-Laminate Armor! What's with the exclamation point that's not good it's bad!

I think the easiest way to get money is to buy things at low prices then sell them at high prices. For example in my game Indigo Lake sold Iron for -96 and Afron bout it for -96 so that is about a 200G gain from 1 Iron.
