I noticed that when you upgrade "Max demand" the The maximum doesn't actually increase by 5. example: with Expansion (Level 2) chocolate bar has a listed max of 95 but never goes above 87...

2 Start in Canada, Greenland, New Zealand, Cuba (if not, restart)
3 Sell starting symptoms (if any), other than sneezing. If you don’t have sneezing, buy it
4 Buy 1-1-1-0 Resistances
5 Once your disease spreads to a few countries, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility
6 Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes or this is after day 30, restart
7 Pump 4 Drug Resistance and buy sneezing, coughing, vomiting
8 After a few days, unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you
9 Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, hypersensitivity, hemorrhaging
10 Wait until everyone dies

@ grantneodude, I didn't notice any glitches and all the puzzles make sense color wise. (I will admit that some of them I didn't understand till after I finished the puzzle)
the race position display is buggy, It often lists cars in the wrong order. and I agree with Marauder, but then no game I have ever played feels like an actual car. 3/5
A bit of constructive criticism.
1) Damage is too random. Either adding a minimum amount of damage, or adding a second "dice" would help.
2) Game is pointless. This could possibly be fixed by requiring players to defeat the first monster before they can challenge the second, and so on.
Decent TD. I like the airlifting, however the difficulty curve is a bit steep, and the controls could use a bit of work. Allowing players to select towers with the mouse in addition to 1-6 would help a lot. Upgrades would also be nice. 3/5
