In the white puzzle area, in the room where you get the black dot-esque thing, push one of the blocks from the previous room in, and then another next to that one. You should be able to dash up to into the opening above and onto a ledge. There are a few NPCs here who spare some odd dialogue. I don't know if this is a secret or not, but it's interesting nonetheless.
I feel like I had a lot more trouble at that mass of platforms in level 9 more than the rainbow path in level 10. That part frustrated the hell out of me.
