I, myself, have no problem with spiders...but the fact that there is a special arachnophobe mode makes me feel squishy. Well, even squishier than when I saw that there was a new nerdook game and that it was turn-based. Now to actually play the thing.
Thank you for finally giving me a chance to argue with Kant...even if he just swept aside all criticisms of his "No Lies EVER!" policy. I will say though, a shame we don't get to dissect Nietzsche's philosophy...then I might actually understand it. :-S Very cool game though.
Ah...oh...I see. So there's a protection bonus cap, is there? ...ah...sorry 'bout that. But um...does it have to be so low? :-P Ah well, keep on slogging, I guess.
Hmm...really enjoying the game but just noticed something: my bonus Protection points on my equipment aren't being added to my Protection rating. I just changed from a helm with Protection +6 to a hat with Protection +7 and an extra Protection +5, but my Protection only went up 1 point.
:-P Kind of love that the floating helm and gloves can drop...boots? Hmm...well, if it's not using them, I'm okay with taking them off of his hands for him. :-P
Excellent game, really enjoying this. Surprised at how addictive it's turned out to be. The crystalcraft skill is a life saver definitely and I personally love the NPCs' little blurbs and think it's really cool that each city has its own distinct culture/language. The idea of using the costume website's models as NPC representations is also quite clever. That being said...Beranek, you sneaky bastard. :-) I've made it almost all the way through the Earth Temple, found the prophecy page, opened almost all the doors...except one. And looking at the comments I see that if one is not careful they might not find all of the treasure. Any way that can be fixed? (Probably not) Or, is there perhaps a way of implementing a save feature where you can have a few slots say, so if you make a mistake it's not permanent?
