Primarily a tabletop miniature wargamer, meaning I spend my free time painting little toy soldiers, making buildings and other terrain while using overcomplicated rules to justify playing with such toys. Usually I play Flintloque (Napoleonic fantasy where the French are elves, Italians are frogs, British are orcs), 7TV (60’s/70’s spy-fi), Dr. Who Miniatures Game, and a number of generic rule sets where I can use what figures I like rather than what a company IP dictates such as Warhammer 40K.
I try to still get my friends together every other week for a game of 1st edition Advanced Dungeons and Dragons as we still enjoy taking excursions into fantasy as we did in our younger days.
