Great game, but I wish the weapons had more of a sense of improvement. Upgrading the main gun just makes it fire bullets in other directions, the bullets themselves aren't changed so it's very unrewarding to upgrade it.
Ok.. What to invest in.. *waits for stock refresh* Nuke Dukem is down 2, let's buy. *waits* Ok, it went down by 2 more *puts everything into it* Stock falls another 3, now down to 3. I'm left with 190 stocks, figuring it can't possibly get any worse, but of course the stock finally hit 1. This made me realize this game is missing something important in comparison to a real investor game. Add a suicide button.
There are easy games, and there's Fade. 1st run to get my bearings, 2nd run provided me with 1-2-1-1 upgrades + double jump, I quit the 3rd run after passing 10k distance being downright bored. Ramp up the difficulty besides just moving the platforms further away please.
This worked for me:
Started as militia (assault/machine), then hired a sheriff (auto-shotgun), sniper (sniper rifle) and ranger (gravity gun with leech) as soon as I could. I'm sure you could find a better class than militia, seeing as the rest of my group does far more damage than I do now (day 130ish), but it works fine.
I cripple everything, the sheriff knocks everything back, the sniper kills anything in 1 shot and the ranger kills most things and heals the castle completely with almost every shot. Ragnarok waves die before they get a chance to attack.
God:
I hear you. Very much? You're kidding. it is?
Me:
You use bad grammar.
God:
Say no to bad grammar.
Me:
Be a good example then.
God:
OK I will try to be a good example.
Me:
Damn right.
God:
Colloquial expression. I am glad we agree.
The game doesn't start. When I click New Game there's some weird stuff in the upper-left corner (looks like a wrench, lasso, hammer and some other stuff?) spinning/flashing, but nothing else happens.
Wow.. Just wow.
After my first half hour of playing I encountered no less than 5 separate error messages, some of them even came several times so they must be known bugs left unfixed, I had to reload the page to enter combat, I had to wait 10-30 seconds every time I changed parts, scrolled in a window, entered a town etc. before I could do anything else.
If this is your flagship game you really need to step up your work :/
