It's pretty horrible that my progress isn't saved unless I make yet another account. I already have a Kongregate account, that should be sufficient to save my progress.
There is no need to change the TD purchases in the game. By doing two surveys for free kreds, you can get 500 TD, which is enough to purchase your first ranch and have 250 TD remaining. You should consider supporting the devs, because without financial support this game will cease getting new features and bug repairs. Once again, you don't need to fork over cash to get a second ranch.
While I am leaving my 5/5 rating of the game, I'm rather frustrated because of the NPC bug where moves quit doing damage. This bug has rendered me unable to progress in the game, or complete some very simple quests. It's a pity, because I really did enjoy the game and think it is very well thought out.
@kmilott, you can earn "money", called gold in the game, by playing quests or participating in the Hall. The thralls are not overpowered, they just have different abilites; each of the quests is definitely beatable. The enemy tribes do have limited resources. When there are no supplies for them to gather, they only can produce peasants. By learning to properly block your enemy's resources you can get through quests with more ease. None of the points you mentioned exist or are bugs.
@unmortalguy, you can choose to play the game in a window if you wish. While in the game, pause it (P) and hit escape. From there you can modify the sound and screen size.
@firedragon1000, there's a difference between pause and escape. Escape brings up the menu, it does not pause the game. If you wish to pause the game before opening the menu, hit "P" to pause it. This way, if you wish to allow the game to continue on while working on something else (useful for slow, long games), you can hit escape, look at other stuff on your computer, and then hit resume to return to your game.
@josethehero, it drops down to zero because there are no oddies to buy. People who have traded kreds for them aren't selling them, that's why. There's a forum thread called "No one buys oddies!" about the bank if you want more info on it. @zoo889, Chrome has terrible support for Java, and this is a Java-based game. Try an alternate browser such as Firefox.
@deepfriedpears, that's extremely vague. Could you possibly be a bit more specific about what's not working? Additionally, did you follow the instructions on the pop-up window about updating Java and your drivers, and enabling cookies if you are using Safari?
The bank is not bugged. If you read the forum thread named "No one buys oddies!" you will be able to understand the bank better. It runs on a free market system. You must have purchased kreds from Kongregate to access the Great Bank. From the Great Bank you can then post offers to buy oddies for a certain amount of gold each and offers to sell oddies for a certain amount of gold each. This is where the offers come from when you first open the bank. If no one is willing to sell oddies, then you must either trade for them with kreds, get kreds using free offers, or wait until some are on the market.
@spud, it may be because of the browser you are using. Chrome can be absolutely horrific for Java-based games. Try switching your browser and making sure your Java and drivers are updated.
@elnachoman, what bug are you referring to?
To anyone who was previously unable to complete Incoming, the third part of Bootcamp, the bug was fixed on Monday and should work fine now.
