Kong this is a question i can't wrap my mind over, so earlier i was playing pvp and I got a "mythic neck" material, i wen't through everything and i couldn't find anything it wen't to, could you tell me what it does?

Kong whenever I do anything involving a dungeon my character resets and I don´ have any cosmetics on, can you please fix it?
