People trying to monetize even a simple game like this now? Really? Shameless.

No actual game control to speak of, no game balance to speak of, and it's absolutely lousy with pay-to-win and even pay-to-actually-play features. One star.

Mediocre at best. Combat past stage 6 or so devolves into rolling around the edges of the area, kiting around the monsters until your skills come off cooldown. AI companions are laughably useless. Challenges are pointless; they're worth far too little money and a lot of them revolve around the useless AI companions. Game has technical issues as well; in one stage, a skeleton became invincible and followed me around, not attacking but unable to be killed. I also experienced a freeze during the final boss fight. 2/5 because the art assets are solid.

Very charming little game. The aesthetics are undoubtedly top-notch, and despite (or perhaps due to) the game's simplicity, it was a very enjoyable way to spend a little time. 4/5

This game is pretty dang addictive, but there are a few things holding it back from being truly excellent. First would be the accuracy system, which I'm sure has been mentioned before. 50% accuracy feels more like 15% accuracy, and even 90% accuracy misses a lot more than it feels like it should. Secondly, I was disappointed at the tiny variety of enemies. A map or some other indicator of how many monsters are left on a floor would be welcome as well. However, the game does the Diablo-style progression extremely well. Definitely a lot of potential in this one. 3/5

Very decent. Combat system is passable, but I'd like to see it expanded in the sequel (there will be one, right?) Platforming was made a bit more frustrating than it should have been, due to framerate issues (though that might just be for me?) Definitely has a lot of potential, as the game was thematically very pleasing. Voice acting in the cutscenes that had them was actually surprisingly good, particularly Hawkin. All in all, it's decent enough as-is, but a bit of expansion and polish would make it (or it's sequel) easily one of my favorite games on Kong. 3/5

Very nice shmup. The explosions are a bit distracting, and cause some unnecessary slowdown, but if you're paying attention to your ship, it's not too bad. General difficulty is very low, however... but it's kind of a pleasant change of pace from battering myself on Touhou. Mouse controls are also a huge plus, and I quite like the art. A bit of variation in the music would have been nice, though. 4/5

Excellent game. Absorbing powers into the bits is a great mechanic, though they could last just a bit longer. It's tough near the end, but not as brutal as, say, Touhou games. Definitely the best of the Buried Treasures. 5/5.

Pros: Catchy tune, moderately challenging, decently fun. Cons: Waiting for that shredder to move is kind of annoying. Overall: 3/5. Decent, but nothing special, and desn't really deserve to be called a 'Buried Treasure.'

Ugh, why does this game even HAVE a badge? Horrible, repetitive sounds, virtually non-existent challenge, pretty much an all-around terrible game. Also, unless I'm terribly mistaken, the other Sling games are all exactly the same? 2/5

Excellent game, especially for RPG fans who can stomach all the dialog. I personally enjoyed all the friendly jabs at the genre's cliches, and the mixed fantasy/sci-fi setting is interesting. However, there were a couple of glitches (Mardek's inventory getting replaced with the Key Items, the Smite thing, and one where loading a file saved in Social Fox's tomb caused the game to go black except for the party sprites,) that keep it from being flawless. Still, it's a very solid 4/5.

Nice shooter. I really liked how you flipped over and went back down the levels. However, it was kind of hard to see some things, though (turrets and missiles, mostly), and overall it was too easy and too short. 4/5
