On the Stg. 44, during operation, clicking the parts, as opposed to clicking the buttons, the gas plug operates the rear sight and vice versa, and the button for the rear sight is called stock, that last one, not sure if that is how it is supposed to be or not, just that a stock, to me, is the part that is placed against the operators shoulder.
