Runescape	Oct. 12, 2011 Rating: 16 If you have food, you can run through the stronghold of security for a free 10k, four emotes, and the best boots in f2p. Also, the stronghold of player safety will give you another 10k and the best gloves in f2p until you reach 40 ranged. Go through the barred doors and open the chest in the middle of the room.
