fix the god damn bug of VIP map! when me or other player meet VIP, the screen goes black!

please make the regening junks in the compound. we can clean the compound with little time and raise morale with some compoenent like bolt 2~3 or screw 2~3. or if we don't come into TLS for long time, the junk pile will cover the whole ground.
