The minigames for training were really satisfying but I'd recommend unlocking turbo mode sooner. The combat is alright but survival mode kinda felt thrown together. All in all a really good game though.
You know, it would've been cool if they made soul charges go back to crypts if their target disappears and there are no more around instead of just disappearing. Makes that line of invisible ninjas so much more frustrating.
The movement issue aside I think this is a pretty great concept for a game. Perhaps add some different challenges to face other than flies, player-like enemies, mummies and sarcophagus. Also I think a button to control the menu would be fantastic. The less the player has to use the mouse, the better.
It's not that you're slower in the beginning, it's that you accelerate slower. You used to increase speed once halfway through the level, and then once as you break the gate. Now you only increase as you break gates.
@darkraiders
It's important to note that as you go faster it's a better idea to ignore the lamp post to the right or left of the fattie at the beginning, as it's easy to screw up there. I do that fairly often. Also pay attention to when you hit down mid air, as it's happened to me fairly often where I do it too soon and end up hitting the ground before the ledge comes up.
Very relevant comment! This was duly noted for the sequel
