Nope purely turn order and status removal, evasion chance determines miss and everything has a 95% hit chance. Agility is used to determine turn order. The highest agility goes first, the lowest goes last. Luck is used to determine how long a status effect will remain active, for ex. Burn lasts 2-5 turns, with high luck it will most likely remove after turn 2, with low luck it may take longer for it to remove. Hope this helps!
I think it is impossible to kill doom frog with barbarian or shaman. But possible using scout because scout can spam stun and silence to keep him from attacking
