The options button is a dead end button, once you click that you need to refresh to get back to the game, none of the tabs do anything either but I'm sure that's already known.
Its an isolated issue that a few people seem to have. If its not too much trouble could you try manually installing the latest unity webplayer from http://unity3d.com/webplayer and see if that fixes the issue? If it does it would help us confirm. If not, what browser are you using?

The game was great until the cockblocked 'finish all these missions' crap for the final boss, way to ruin a fun game with that. I enjoyed getting to the end but all that enjoyment was wasted when I saw the idiotic requirement to beat the game.
