i always run out of fish before my first wave. one of the best comments say to get lumberjacks and tree first but i need to get fish. whats the trick?

He is right. Before you buy a fisherdwarf, you need to upgrade your house and environment a little bit. Don't upgrade dragon very much. He eats a lot of fish. Just upgrade him once when the enemy arrive so he is not an egg. He can beat first two waves in this form and it will save you plenty of fish.
