Some of the puzzles don't allow for any delay in hitting the next node which is painful as they don't always seem to trigger when pressed. Overall good concept but tbh the puzzles themselves needed better balancing.
You need to be able to purchase some kind of shield or armor. Even at only level 15 the amount of projectiles is brutal and the death penalty makes it difficult to upgrade your weapons. In fact the scoring system is so garbage it rewards you to just save all of your money from the start until you buy the gatling gun.
Gold needs to do something after you have maxed all your stats. Doing points mode there is just so much of it sitting around, it really should count to your score, ie 1 point = 0.1 score, or at least add further upgrades. After attempting the hard badge just twice I have 400K gold and nothing to spend it on!
3 major problems with this version.
1 - it kills your mouse.
2 - some of the biggest ships drop the least bubbles.
3 - the hardest ships to kill and the ones the do those damage are small and fast and give you almost no bubbles. Fighting any of them hurts you more than you gain so you may as well just run from them.
Wouldn't be so bad if the spikes didnt also take them away from you given it is almost impossible to dodge them if they drop straight into the middle.
Essentially "luck" based games don't deserve badges!
Agreed Xenon, numerous times I have seen the ball pull straight to a sun which weighs significantly less than the planet it is aimed at. Very annoying how inconsistent it is.
Power ups are too random. Often I get right to the end of a legion and then die when no power ups spawn for extended periods....lame.
Also what is the new ability @ 60 achievements? Ive got 60+ and haven't noticed anything.
