Apart from a few very abusive cases, I don't curate user content in general because it really shouldn't be up to me to decide who gets to share their content. Being annoying isn't against the law, it's a free world and all. Maybe try contacting the content creators directly to see if they can tone it down a notch, if you really feel like it's too much.
Though, in a perfect world you'd get content searching, filtering, and all that stuff, but all that would have to come from Kong since they handle all the user content browsing. Voice your concerns to them and let them know the system could use some more work. Until then, rate content accordingly, since it's the only decent sorting method currently.
