Reaching 20K meters in survival beacomes easy when you have the rocket launcher : just take the bonuses "double damage" and "infinite jumps" ("more health" can be usefull too), go survival and press UP the whole time. Grab some Health packages when they appear and that's it :)

Great game. Some parts are really difficult but the scenario/ending scene are totally worth it.
