Very disappointing indeed. Invested a lot of time and effort into the game, only to lose it all. And no comment at all from support or devs. Just came to see if I could log in now (over a month since this problem started) and still cannot. Wow!!
Well, at least something ...still, given the nature of the game I believe that when we can finally go back to game, most of our time & effort will have been lost. Not a nice feeling at all.
