Oh good. PvP also sends my guys to the infirmary, which then require MORE energy to heal. This is great, I can lose over and over to the P2P in the "hope" of getting this badge.
Earned the first two badges in 2010... fast forward to 2012, I come back and nail 15,000 on the first try.
So, if you're getting frustrated, take a break and come back to it. Best of luck.
Defend skill makes it WAY too easy. My guys all have assault with bayonet... just hit defend instead of attacking... instagib all the little guys, use small amounts of ammo on the medium shooters. I switched to playing the game without using defend.
I enoyed the game until the following occurred. I wandered off screen after the first light keeper dropped his item. I walked off screen without picking it up however. It had disappeared. So I loaded up my save. I had last saved right before completing the Northern Scout Destroy 3 Gates quest. He won't award me compeletion of the quest (there are no gates), and I now have to start the whole game over.
I see no reason for the "Go" button.
I was in the process of delivering a secret message for the enforcers to a town. On the way there, I tried to take over a different town. Upon clicking the "battle" button the "Go" button took its place and my ship went past the town. Now I'm stuck in an endless loop fighting buccaneers without ever actually reaching town.
I "bought" the first upgrade to my weapon at the store.... it did not mount onto my ship, did not go into cargo, and did not charge me any cash. The item DID however disappear from the store. I got to go through the whole game with the light cannon.
