Hi, I really like this game because it has interesting mechanics which are unique to the genre. There are a couple issues. I hope you don't mind the criticism! On the Merits page I can't actually see what I've done to earn a merit that has one requirement. I figure the clock with the number is hours played, but no message says so. There are many lazy spelling errors 'icome' in many of the upgrades. Max mana upgrades coupled with percent mana abilities are kind of lame. There is a distinct lack of 'paradigm shifts', where you get upgrades or abilities that allow you to progress. I guess what I mean is that the pacing is slow. That being said, this game is really cool and unique and I am excited to see it developed further.
2/5 It's a good concept, and I love to see danmakus out to play. It's one of my favorite genre of games. So why the 2? Besides the sounds being downright annoying, it's the control scheme. Oh, those controls. Those laggy, sometimes unresponsive controls. That unpredictable pivoting when the boss uses an attack that skews what direction your ship travels in. inb4 PLAY BETTER VAULT IT'S NOT HARD, GOD. Make the controls more precise and I'll give it a 4.
