I may be missing something, but I have only received offline earnings twice in the 8+ times I've loaded the game after being away.

I have a consistent problem with the ads failing to load after a day away. I'm normally firm with my adblock usage, however appreciate the model used by many games on Kongregate. I only ask for a more reliable ad base so I'm not denied the incentives in game.

Concerning the micromanagement: High Risk Rewards. Increase the length of time you hold the bar, but give a color indicated return of how beneficial the reward is. As it stands now you hold it until it gets close to the end, and you can't see how much you're earning without risking a Re-hire, especially when the return isn't that spectacular given the repercussions for you're more lucrative investments. Maybe a passive blue bar for earnings, and a Red, Yellow, Orange, Red micromanagement interactive return? (x2x4x..?)

Very rarely am I drawn in by a game's story or inlined text. This is a shining example of how to grab someone's attention, especially when they're expecting an "idle" experience.

I'm blown away why this game doesn't have a higher rating.
