When leaving Axsmapus a bunch of planet names cycle through and then shows me approaching the orbit of Paeostea but with no missions on the planet and the planet doesn't show in my Stats screen. I relaunched and flew past all the planets fine until I passed Axsmapus and the same incident happened again. My ships speed is 21,527,330 (11 engines and all speed research including "reconstruct defective alternators" maxed) according to the game in case that's relevant.
