@AxlBR Interesting point you made there. Did you ever hear about the no-leveling option in FF8? You basically card mod all opponents except humans, which you run from. And bosses don't give EXP, just GP. So you can finish the whole game at level 7 with insane junctions, all the while the mobs are level 7-10 as well. Why bother bringing this up for garin's game you ask? B/c the same applies. At 1000 renown, you get unlimited apex forges for 2000, get a group up to level 30-whatever floats your boat. That'll give you T10-something insane. Stick to epic gear, its like 3 prefix/suffix stats. While you are still level 30, get all your gear to T10+, unequip your chars, reroll characters only. You'll easily hit wave 100 in scenario 4. Level 1's kicking level 10's butts.

I wanted to elaborate on topic #5 of my previous post. For example, aside from some epics of course, Malice (1% crit), of Ease (2% free skill) are capped from the start. Like your previous installment, couldn't you allow the percentage to go up as tier increases, but cap it? Like lethality(which I so dearly miss in this game), where it'd eventually cap at 10% per item. Also, if I choose to use Scorch Wand and Magma Torch, the item effect Ignite will not stack. If the source is from 2 items, it'd be nice if they stacked. It would also be nice if when refreshing a poison, either the duration was additive, or poison cumulative, or something to that effect. I'm also curious on ornate items, since a T1 gives the same gold as T30, at least according to the description. The enhancements do not scale either, which heaven forbid ever being at T100, and you're getting 100-200 of a stat, and you can add +5/5 of a stat through a shard.

First and foremost, awesome game garin. I've been waiting such a long time for another Monsters Den. I can see the improvements and the fact you listen to your community and implement the popular requests in future patches or developments. Now that the praise is aside, some small tweeks others might find useful. 1.) When using clean slate on a level 30+, it takes forever to reassign the points. 2.) Loot-thresholds: I'd love to see an option to set up the first bag to loot 'desired rarity' and the option for 'and below'. This way I could personally set up all trash loot to the first bag. 3.) After 5 days of play, aside from spark of legend, I saw no artifacts/legendaries. 4.)I'd like to see a discount system from the shop(ie. spend 500,000 get 5% off, 1,000,000 10% off etc.) 5.) It doesn't seem like many of the stats scale properly. To an extent, it seems more beneficial, ie at T20, to use a rare weapon than it would to use an epic.

I agree with the comments about a better sort and less emphasis on gold. Another small feature that would greatly improve gameplay imo is assigning keys 1-5 to the cards you have deployed. Just a small tweak that would help the battle system even more.

Here's a way to defeat the assassin before the young mage tournament. Have at least 70 life, 190 mana. I was a water mage. Max basic high/low attack, and max the additional high/low bolts. Put any spare points into mana leak, you should have at least a mana leak effect of 6. Mana leak him on your attack as soon as you can, then just match his attacks, until he runs out of mana, which you will too. You then want to rest 2 rounds and do a basic high with additional high attack. Rest 2 rounds and repeat for about 10 rounds to replenish some mana. After you have enough mana do the basic high with additional high/low attack until he's dead. + if this helped you.

For the epic it really doesn't matter about Natz skills or abilities. If you want her to stay alive just get Mdef, Def, and skills that boost that. Matt on the otherhand you'll want counter, counter x2, defend+, Swordsman, Cleaver, Legendary, Aerial Support, Secret Weapon, Survivor, and anything you want for the last. I boosted stats Def to 5, Mdef to 5, and everything else in Att for matt, and Matt for Natz. This is a defend method that will survive the tank. Don't forget to use the blood sword, good luck on the epic all.
