I suggest that every 2 minutes should give 1 energy/stamina. Takes a while to regenerate.

Cheats: gorilla - reach doubled, last stand- infinite bullet time, prestige - god mode, elevator - space jump, reddotsight - laser guide, ac130 - minigun, chucknorris - karate power, marathon - run, thumper - all enemies use explosives, extendedmags - infinite ammo.
