I just logged in an found that my game has been reset... I should be well over 1E30 from offline sales yet I have a freshly reset game and only 200E27 gold. I don't understand how the game decided to reset my progress for me while I wasn't logged in, this is insanely frustrating, it took days to get my Claymores to level 20 much less my gold to 1E30 at level 14 and now all of that is wasted. Please help me with this.
I'm sorry for your experience. When I understood you correctly, you haven't lost your whole progress, but "only" the last hours offline progress weren't applied. There was a bug with the calculation of the offline time last week due to a server change, that could have caused the issue.
Please create a bug report with additional information and I will see if I can do anything to help you with this.
I'm currently level 14 and need to get to 1.0E30 to move to level 15. Does anyone know how resetting for points works? If i reset now I'll have 16/17 points, but will i still need to get to E30 to get the 17th point? I've never reset without having a level up before and I don't want to restart my progress if I'm just going to have to rebuild what I currently have and wait out the rest. Please advise and thank you :)
I noticed today that my offline income/min average was 169.2 E24 (with offline prod. bonus and vendor bonus) and after upgrading my Iron Claymores 2 levels my average changed to 124.4E24 (bonuses still active)... I'm not sure why this is, i didn't reduce any of my other items and made sure that all required components were sustainable (i.e. Iron Blades) I went from level 9 to level 11.
It's hard to say what the exact reason is. Most likely your vendors sold items from a storage which became empty. Or you had vendors in your Iron Blade production unit, who sold the blades until you needed them for the Iron Claymore. Of course, it could also be a bug as well.
