has anyone bought the Skip Reset option in the store? Wondering if it's a one-time deal or permanent. If so, do you recommend?

I guess it's settled - Art job goes up by one time block every level Renaissance Man takes 12 blocks

Art goes up to 11 at Virtuoso

Art job goes up to 10 blocks at Inventor

Art job becomes 9 blocks at Composer

Do Hobbies progress if you leave the game? I'm not sure, but they appear to pause.
