Good concept, but the pathing for the chefs needs to be fixed so they don't walk through the platforms halfway up. Also reset the score after each play. Also add a death animation and a multiple lives function.
I loved the first game and was happy to see there was another, the first 3 seconds of moving around astonished me. This animation is super well done, and I thought the movement was perfect in the first one. Excellence, 5/5.
Survival mode needs to be endless and get harder later on... I had 10 liches standing at full health/energy at the end. 4/5 for bad survival mode, but great game.
Did a little math here: Putting more than about 1400 points into life is worthless.. by the time you get there your rate of auto-spawn and population total should be evening out in a ratio that you will stay at max population. I did this by counting the ratios of apartments to trees of life at several land totals, and found 1400 to be a safe extremity to keep it at. after that just sink points into speed until you are clearing towards the edge of your land constantly and then pump land and sight in a 1:2 ratio.
tl;dr=set life to 1400, speed to 1000+, and sight/land = 2/1
