Very good game, I am a level 26 Warden, but I think there should be more things to do with your company, for example maybe there should be company missions, also you can add a keep for the company, that is upgraded as your company upgrades, for example lvl1 company gets a wooden hut, and then maybe it increase in size, each lvl you add rooms, maybe extra bonuses and maybe why not cool stuff to do with friends in your company like sitting in the bar of your company building, etc...
There should be something like a guild or an alliance, and maybe the guild leader can build not a base but something like a fort or castle that gives bonuses to other players, and a guild or alliance should be able to attack other guilds or alliances fort or caste.
