What I really like about this version compared to the previous is that now it's more about enemies' intelligence rather than you being seriously hadicapped.
I agree with you bakerism. At least partially. Einstein had no reason to waste time on riddles like these, he had more important things to do. But that doesn't mean he never came up with it. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't.
