@Sgenesis555 Is Fireball consistently weaker or does it just happen sometimes? Damage can become pretty random so it probably shouldn't happen consistently.
Easy way to win: focus on first floor and basement early in the game. Spam the totem pole. Later in the game, get people on the higher floors to "hand-wringing" stage, the third to last stage. They will eventually drop a floor. Wait until they calm down to unsettled, then ratchet them back up to hand-wringing. Repeat until they go to the first floor. When they reach the first floor, wait until they reach the fireplace room, then spam the mirror. They'll reach catatonic very quickly and will run out.
Learning Katakana after Hiragana is so hard. I just got used to substituting these characters for sounds in my head, and now you're telling me there is a whole new set?!

That is how it is, unfortunately. Still though, Katakana is nowhere near as difficult as Kanji :P
