@cmoodo I hate to be the one to bring down the party, but Call of Duty came from medal of Honor... After EA dropped Medal Of Honor because the game "Medal of Honor: Killer" wasn't coming along so well, Activision hired the same developers and they created "Call of Duty". The first three first person shooters in order are "Maze War", "Spasim" and "Wolfenstein 3D". Doom was just a really popular fps, it didn't invent anything.
