I imagine some mobs will hit for more than 10 hp. So it should be possible to use lvl 2 magic at 25 hp and lvl 3 at 50 (or something like that, perhaps at 15 hp and 20 hp).
the hits are random 0-20 i did this for a fun strategy, only able to use under 10hp makes it risky, when you become 11-20hp you could heal up so you remove the risky part
At the Skillshop I can't buy a ranged lvl 1 skill and upgrade it right away. I have to exit and re-enter. I like the concept of Trade Points - nice idea.
