A way to use the mouse to navigate through the tutorial using the mouse would be nice. I'm using a touchscreen computer (microsoft surface) and it won't focus a keyboard on the game unless there's an area to enter text. Even then it's... difficult. Looks fun, though.
Ok, I can't find my comment now and it's been a few days but I wanted to update. The game seems to be saving fine for me now! I was having unrelated computer issues that might have had something to do with it. What was happening was this: My computer was overheating and that was causing it to shut off with no warning. When it happened the first few times I came back to the game and found I had lost my progress. I fixed the overheating issue and tried the game again, and it seems like it's still working now. I'm wondering if the auto save feature is being messed with by the computer crashing-- maybe that causes the save file to become corrupt or deleted? Anyway, sorry for not responding until now, the past few days have been a little crazy with the blizzard and all! I gave this game 5/5 stars by the way!
Hmm thanks for reporting back. There is definitely a small but worrisome amount of complaints from people losing their saves. I'll look into why a crash would delete your save since I have the game save every second.
I am having the same problem where if I close it or if my browser crashes, all my data is gone when I reopen. I haven't seen any indication that it saves automatically or an option to save.
It does save automatically every 1 second although I've had reports of people not saving that I'd like to get to the bottom of. Does it happen every time you close the page/browser, or only sometimes?
I have played through the whole game, gone to earth and back several times but I have yet to get a perfect launch, even if the meter is green with a light on top when I take off. It's really annoying.
