the weapon doesnt make the player the player makes the weapon good. it doesnt matter if it has high dmg or something it matters how you deploy ur arsenal.
Winter use ur officer to use air strikes. then use zooka teams and a mortar guy. But u have to have the + dmg on mortars or else its not gonna be that good. Dont advance ur officer and deploy plenty of assault teams to slow the panzer down. Thats how i beat it on hardened.
This game is great. All ya gotta do as a good and easy strategy s use duelist and gain a bunch of money without spending over the 1st few days and get the house maxed and get all 3 people. After that everything falls into place
