That was great. I liked the music, the graphics, the voices, and best of all was what the computer says. The beginning was funny but as she begins to talk about her dad, and how she wants to be emotionless, I felt truly sad for her.
The controls bother me. If I press right, it only takes me to the right side of the screen. It should be where right rotates counter clockwise, and left rotates clockwise.
I'm still stuck on slide 3. I tried testing it exactly like the tutorials way but it didn't work. I then tried it like ThinkLikeMike said, but that didn't work either. Can someone tell me what's wrong if there is an error in the tutorial? Or if there is something I probably did wrong?
After beating it once and not getting the badge (I'm not sure why...) I tried again and the second time I got 6:59 because I already knew what to do. By the way, for everyone who doesn't know what to do just watch the video walkthrough.
I can't figure out what's wrong here. The ship won't fly across the screen like the say on page 9. I'm using CS4, I made sure it's AS2 and the class is named Ship. My actionscript file is named Ship too. Should I name it Ship.as? I made sure my class is MoveClip and I have all of the code right. The ship won't fly across the screen. How do I debug it? What do I do?
