I opened 26 card pack and the game gave me 30 cards

Were you on a online or local save? On a online save the game will auto-consume resource and multiplayer cards up to a certain amount if the save file is too big(playfab limits). The limit is 15 resource cards and 15 multiplayer cards. I'm guessing you opened the pack and an auto-save consumed them.(Yes you should have gotten all the resources and bonuses from them)

+5% cooldown reduction to all (global speedup) is not working

I didn't get the reset point and the card packs from the achievements obtained in version 1.0.0 Also, there is a bug with technology tree's bonus army production. In higher lvl it goes back to +0.1. I spent a reset to give more points and I end up with less production of everything. Another one is more gold I and more gold II actually don't give you more gold

Nevermind, I just reloaded the game and it worked
I'm stuck in the third picture, it's show me something like an spiral but when i copy that to the lights system nothing happend
