This game really isn't BAD, but come on bro. You made some bad color choices, especially in Level 3. The camera shakes WAY to much, considering that this is a browser game. And the concept is just a rip off of Shadow of the Colossus. Even the story's ending! "Protagonist goes on quest, gets screwed over in the end after killing the Colossi." I do applaud how you took the idea and applied on a much grander scale in terms of the actual levels, but it really doesn't make up for everything else.
I don't mean to be rude to the developer, but this game just plain sucks. The controls are terrible for one thing. Move away from your enemies? Of course not, just move right into them! These terrible controls are just impossible to deal with. And don't even attempt to use a laptop's track pad to aim. And when you die! Obviously, "checkpoint" is not a word the developer is familiar with.
Starting at level 17, the levels just start to get way too hard. It just becomes an extremely painful grind to get the money required to get enough upgrades to be powerful enough to pass.
All truth be told, this is not a very good game. You are given very minimal control over your units, with the retreat button not working when you are overwhelmed by enemies, upgrades are much too expensive, and battles become too repetitive for the game to hold the player's interest. While the idea of heroes having longer and longer respawn times may seem like a good one, once you are overwhelmed by enemies, you have no chance of your hero surviving, due to the broken retreat button. It is also rather annoying that the enemies do not need to have a hero to spawn troops. While I don't hate the concept, much improvement needs to be done, such as being able to break away from combat, adding enemy heroes, and lowering the costs of upgrades, as well as suggestions made by other players. If this game didn't have the Badge of the Day, I wouldn't even be touching it.
Those of you that don't understand what happens when you choose your gender obviously do not understand the point of this game, so just don't play it. It's pointless to put disparaging comments on it.
