I understand that you dont want to add upgrades like more hitpoints etc, but what about some sort of "anti-upgrades", like for example more and stronger enemies earlier in the game, that would drop more loot accordingly?
Ill gather my thoughts in a list:
+ the epic music, the item equipment system, different attack styles of units (nice to see on the battlefield later on), nice art, extreme differences conc. size of units ( ->epicness, like in the other parts of the series)
- the font (e.g. the one in the intro) looks cheesy in my eyes, too much clicking is necessary to buy skills equip units and navigate through the menus in general, missing a comfort function to deselect a unit ( like clicking the upper part of the screen), skill selection during battle is badly placed ( to close to the battlefield), mouseover-infotags and minimap would be great ( I personally miss the castles but thats a matter of taste I assume)
The storyline would be incredibly awesome if the developer had put in all the discrepancys mentioned by several comments into the game itself ( like: In the intro: "...you are our last hope to destroy the evil force as our national budget, wracked by the recent financial crisis, isn't rich enough to hire another pilot!" or sth)
Ok, two hints: To get the thunder achievement easily, just get to clouds (and thunder) once and then double jump as soon as you start falling down again and repeat.
And for the super-creature-combo thing: Hit all arrow keys fast, but one after the other.Youll always win with that one.
Id like to have a visualisation of which cell is stronger/has more cellpoints as 2 tentacles collide, like 2-colored Energy colliding in one point closer to the weaker cell.
Right, the ship, surrounded by a laser-shield and little laser-shooting ships shoots out a giant laser, which got another two mini-giant lasers right and left.
I... I love you.
Well, at first, good game.
But to intruduce my complain, I'll tell you a story: " Hey, I just joined a tournament. Yeah, I really fee like shooting around, man. Lets take a look, hm, Im like lvl 15. Great, thats the max lvl! Puh, and theres just a lvl 6 guy. Ill just finish him off and get my green money ... What the? He killed me? How could that...". As I found out on his personal page, that happend because he got like all artifacts, which gave him much better states then I would probably ever get (not necessary to tell he got a gun like mine too).
What I want to express with that all is that tournaments totally favour those who spend lots of real money. That would be too bad if there were any other (efficient) ways of getting that green stuff which you need to buy any more powerful guns.
But unfortunatly, there is NONE. Im just talking about the green money, the other one is alright.
One of these games that are actually crap but got an unbelievable amount of Style, as there are tons of hidden stuff and non-sense moments.Well, it forces me to rate 5/5 and favorite...
