I wasn't scared of the raptors thanks to my childhood love for dinosaurs. The gameplay mechanics did frustrate me to the point I quit. It was very clunky and the game to me was more vexing than scary. It didn't help that even when I selected English as the language, the game itself was partly in German. Another criticism I have is that the game wasn't very straightforward. I did not know what the hell I was doing. Lastly, the character needs an alternate way to defend himself, such as a six-shooter. The rifle was downright useless and the piece of flesh trick was somewhat clunky.
I thought it was going to be good, but I was gravely disappointed.
