There may be a new rule on hackers: If you see hacking and you don't report it frequently enough, then you will be considered a hacker. This means that KIXEYE may want you to report hackers every time you play. Even if you have reported it before, report it again! Report all hackers using the 'report a bug' link. If you don't you may be called a hacker yourself and be BANNED!
Report hackers using the 'report a bug' button. KIXEYE may give you 10000 shiny per reported hacker. You can report each hacker about every 30 minutes, so the more you report the more you might get, duplicate reports are ok. They want to hear about every hacker, especially if they are still in the game.
....oh and they want individual messages for each hacker AND keep sending the messages for the same hackers, they want a message about each hacker every 3 hours.
KIXEYE wants people to message them in the 'report a bug' button for this game. They are interested in hearing about how often hackers cause problems. They want people to message them every 3 hours with: the names of all hackers on their maps, the number of outposts of the hackers, the id number of the hackers, the day and time that they hackers have attacked you or others. KIXEYE will likely reward people for these messages, BUT you have to send the messages frequently.
@BigHeaded, have you checked to see if the attacks are legit? Much of the time they aren't. Look at the number of monsters used, the resources loss totals and the amount of time the attack lasted. Report hackers if any of the three are off.
It takes 2 seconds to write a comment on here, it takes hours for a yard to repair after a hacker destroys it. It takes days to accumulate resources after a hacker steals it. It takes eternity for KIXEYE to respond to complaints....actually scratch that last one, they never respond.
@ raykinge13, why would you call yourself a fool? If you are a hacker like djpepe45 and tka12345 then maybe you are? Quit defending KIXEYE and kong, they aren't addressing the issue of hackers in this game and it is users like you that stop them from doing it.
I will post comments on here every day my BYM is attacked by hackers. I am tired of KIXEYE ignoring the problem. They should turn off the 'Kred donation" and kred for shiny buttons if they are going to allow hackers to reign over this game. Period.
ATTENTION: Backyard Monsters is played by real people at the lower levels of the game and only by hackers at the higher levels. So if you want a long term game to play avoid this one. KIXEYE and Kong don't care if you waste time and Kred on this game, they will take them and laugh about the hacker problems. AVOID IT.
NEW PLAYER: Don't waste you time with this game at the moment. It is a ncie game to play but there are too many hackers for it to be fun. Imagine spending hours play a game to only have a guy come in and wipe you out in 30 seconds. They have free run of the game, you can't attack them or see their yards, they eliminate your yard and the developers and kongregate don't stop it. Message KIXEYE and ask when they will fix the hacker problem. Until then just play other games!
@PvZpro I and many others have complained to KIXEYE and Kong and they are doing nothing about the hacking issues. They don't care. When you complain, send screenshots, document the hacking they do absolutely NOTHING. If they are going to do nothing they should refund Kreds. Period.
