Can we please get a way to hide the guy giving tips? I know how to play the game. Right now I can't because he's hiding half the screen and I can't see the costs to buy anything on that side or how many I already have.
I've hit a snag. Was attacked by enemies, and one group of enemies is blocked off from the rest of the field, so I can't finish the combat. There appears to be open space to move around the obstruction, but it won't move out and my units won't move in. I can't even teleport a unit next to it. So all my progress up until this point is wasted unless there's a way to finish this battle.
I can't even play this game. Script errors, huge lag, it's sucking up all my available RAM for some reason...it's just a flash game. I've never had a problem like this with any other game on Kongregate. I'm not sure why. The graphics aren't that intensive. I noticed a quality button in the corner that I presume will lower the settings, but I can't reach it because I can barely move the cursor around the screen.
So let me get this straight. I take this old beater and run it out as far as I can until it stops moving. Then I...what, push it back through the zombie-infested desert to the garage so I can try again? Awesome survival plan.
I'd rather have that rage counter down at the bottom of the screen with the other stats. If it were transparent it would be fine, but all it does is give me a blind spot for zombies to hide behind.
So why is it I fight so hard to get to the final level, and then suddenly receive nothing but coal for adventuring? How am I supposed to boost myself up enough to face the opponents on that level if I can't continue to progress? Doesn't provide much incentive to continue on and beat the game.
Why are the control buttons so far apart. It's awkward keeping fingers on T and Y and then having to stretch all the way to W and S to jump or duck. Am I supposed to be using two hands? This would have been a lot more fun with the usual WSAD/Space configuration.
The monk's robe has been put in the wrong category of item. It's marked as armor rather than clothing. That means you'll never be able to sell a monk's robe to a monk, because they don't wear armor...
Funny and entertaining game, with just a few things to bog it down. My gripe of the day: Why is it that I have an ore refinery that takes me 8 hours to use to get materials I need to build things. At the same time it randomly creates big blocks of "copper" and "iron" that take up room in my town. Yet when I waste energy and ruin my hacksaw (for the third time) to break them down, I never get any copper or iron out of them. Why is that?
To add to XenoShadow215's tactics: At level 3, even if your accuracy rating is only 80%, you get a bonus of 3200 gold--still better than the 2500 bonus for not shooting. Easiest way to keep your accuracy up is to pull close enough to engage in ship-to-ship combat with your men, and then fire your cannons.
I'm sure you put a lot of hard work into the game. The characters look terrific and the animation is fine. However, if I wanted to take orders and build tacos for people, I'd get a job at Taco Bell. I play games to do fun things I can't do in real life.
