For those people who are stuck on the 94 combo achievement, it is only possible on the boss level in Squealers Wood. You don't have to kill every enemy with one click, because by the time the pigs from the planes have fallen to the ground, you should have another click ready to finish off any remaining plane. It doesn't matter too much about where you click, just try out different places until it works for you.
For everyone who's saying this game is too easy; after you beat it on easy, play through on normal. Using the infamous 'J+K' combo DOES make you lose life, and the fina battle is quite challenging. Great game. Fun on easy, and a good challenge on normal. 5/5
Its a little bit annoying that you have to press Z or left click to jump, but then down arrow is to drop a level or "jump down"....I think up arrow should be jump.
