I hit a balloon and went from 185 mph to 53 mph. assuming the framerate is relatively slow, 30 fps, at high speeds, when the balloons only appear for about a frame before impact, your reaction time would have to be well over 5 times faster than the current world record for reaction time from a visual stimulus. This game is literally impossible.
